Zulfiqar Ahmad Ghuman, Director (Admin), Punjab Employees Social Security Institution has been promoted to the rank of Addition Secretary/Additional Commissioner/Collector of the District and other equivalent posts on officiating basis and upon such promotion he has been transferred and posted as Director Anti-Corruption Establishment, Lahore Region.
