Analyst Dr Rasul Bakhsh Raees appreciated President Zardari's proposal regarding a clear cut agreement between Pak-US in war against terrorism and said that implementation of the proposals would be in the interest of Islamabad and Washington.
Talking to a private news channel on Wednesday, he said, "a nation cannot interfere in other country's matters", adding that a country could not conduct an action without informing the host country.
Dr Rasul Bakhsh Raees said that some other countries intelligence agencies officials might involve in deterioration of Pak-US ties. An agreement would be helpful to confront militants and avoid tense relations, he remarked. He added that now Pakistan would get to know about US actions after the agreement, adding that such agreements could improve relations between both the countries.
