Bears dominated the proceedings at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities showed negative signs under the lead of hot favourite amid decrease in index. ISE Ten Index was down by 42.67 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 2,758.43 to 2,715.76 points. The overall turnover amounted to 158,268 shares as compared to previous turnover of 45,730 shares.
Total 117 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (86) closed in negative territory, 31 landed in plus column and zero company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of Bank of Punjab was 116,068 shares. The volume of Lotte Pakistan PTA was 17,000 shares. The turnover of Silk Bank was 10,000 shares.
