Vice Chancellor University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS), Prof Dr Muhammad Nawaz has said hard work, seriousness towards profession and devotion make a man successful in life. He was addressing the delegation of Sindh Agriculture University (SAU) Tandojam students who met with Dr Nawaz, here on Friday.
Prof Dr Qammer-ud-Din Abbasi led the 31-memeber delegation. The delegation also visited UVAS Pet Center, University Diagnostic Laboratory, Quality Operation Laboratory, Library, Post-mortem house and outdoor clinic of the university.
Dr Nawaz said that UVAS is the fourth university that has won maximum projects from international agencies after the Quaid-e-Azam University, National University Science and Technology and Agriculture University, Faisalabad".
He said this new university had won research grants of Rs 572 millions from United State of Agriculture Department, American Association for the Advancement of Science, Australian Centre Industrial Agriculture Research, International Atomic Energy Agency, Nestle and Norwegian Research Council.
