Pakistan Muslim League-Q Punjab General Secretary and the party's parliamentary leader in the Punjab Assembly, Chaudhry Zaheer Uddin has strongly condemned the VIPs who were caught on Shab-e-Bara'at night at a dance party in Lahore.
The PML-Q leader said that it was unthinkable to do what those people did on a night meant solely for praying and seeking Allah's mercy. On the one hand the N-League leaders presented themselves as custodians of morality and ethics while on the other hand their colleagues' night life told a different tale, he added. He called the arrest of the Punjab chief minister's secretary from that dance party, a proof of the double face and hypocritical character of the N-League leaders and their lackeys.
Chaudhry Zaheer Uddin also condemned the attack of the N-League goons on an Islamabad police station and demanded recovery of billions of rupees skimmed by the Sharifs in the past. He expressed his grave concern at the pathetic law and order situation prevalent in Punjab and blamed the N-League's Punjab government of depriving the people of security as well as livelihood.
