Lahore High Court Chief Justice, Ijaz Ahmad Chaudhry here Saturday appointed a retired district and sessions judge, Kazim Ali Malik, as Director General Human Rights and Vigilance Cell. The cell monitors and deals with issues of corruption relating to the establishment of district judiciary in Punjab.
