Speaker Balochistan Assembly Muhammad Aslam Bhootani has tendered resignation due to some differences with Chief Minister Balochistan Nawab Muhammad Aslam Raisani. A handout issued by the provincial assembly here Friday night said the resignation has been dispatched to Governor Balochistan Nawab Zulfikar Magsi.
He resigned from the office after returning back from his foreign tour. The resignation should be read with Article No 53 (5) of the Constitution with Article 127 of the Constitution.
