Examination copies of those candidates, who did not even appear in B.Com annual examinations 2009-10 (both regular and private), held under the auspices of Karachi University, at their designated centres, were incorporated in the sealed bundles of examination copies, Business Recorder learnt.
Sources in Karachi University revealed the copies of those candidates, who did not appear in the exams at their designated centres, had been inducted in the sealed bundle. They said some 2,000 copies (answer sheets) of the candidates, solved outside the centres probably at homes, were included in the sealed bundles of examination copies of those candidates, who appeared in the exams at different centres. The sources claimed that those involved in the scam charged some Rs 6,000 for including each copy in the sealed bundle.
