Mexico's Arca and Contal will merge to create the world's fourth-largest Coca-Cola bottler after approval from shareholders on Friday. The merger will create a company with a market capitalisation of around $7 billion that will be known as Arca Continental. Among Coke bottlers, the new company will rank behind Mexico's Coca-Cola FEMSA, Greece's Coca-Cola Hellenic and Coca-Cola Enterprises.
