Punjab Bar Council (PBC) has called "Black day" on May 12 (today) to condemn killing of lawyers and express solidarity with the lawyers of Karachi who were burnt alive on May 12, 2007 during the lawyer's movement for restoration of judiciary. A press release issued by the provincial bar council said that lawyers will not appear before the courts. Black flags will be hoisted on bar premises and lawyers will wear black armbands to condemn the incident.
