Environment Protection Department (EPD) of the District Government Lahore on Wednesday sealed nine steel re-rolling units situated in the area of Mominpura, GT Road. According to EPD sources, a raiding team of EPD comprising inspectors Rana Husnain and Hafeez Farooqi during routine inspection of industrial units at Mominpura, GT Road found nine steel re-rolling units violating the environment laws.
The EPD team noticed that sub-standard fuel like rubber etc was being used in these units.
