SU vice chancellor pays surprise visit to Sindhology Institute

The Vice Chancellor University of Sindh Professor Dr Nazir A Mughal has paid surprise visit to Institute of Sindhology and inspected repair work of Pir Hissamuddin Rashidi Auditorium here on Tuesday. The Director of the Sindhology Muhammad Qasim Maka on this occasion briefed the Vice Chancellor about the repair work and informed that all repair work has been done including electricity fittings.
He further informed that arrangements of new seats and fitting of seats in auditorium are in pending. He also proposed formation of committee to check the quality as well as purchase of seats for fixing at the auditorium. The Vice Chancellor approved the proposal of the Director for the formation of a committee for seating arrangement for the auditorium. The Vice Chancellor also appreciated beautification work done by the management of Sindhology and also waiting-spots and other arrangements for the visitors. Vice Chancellor further informed that on every Sunday and on holidays the Sindhology museum has been remained open for the visitors.
