One person was killed while another sustained injuries in a landmine blast here on Saturday. According to levies authorities, two youth were on their way home when their motorbike hit a landmine in Goth Gul Ghanwar area of Rabi Canal. As a result, a youth identified as Akhtar died on the spot while his colleague Nadeem sustained serious injuries and was admitted to hospital.
The levies have registered a case against unknown miscreants.
