The All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC) has said that it will not participate in the round-table conference called by India's interlocutors on Kashmir. The APHC spokesman said that mandate of the interlocutors was restricted to recommendations while the Hurriyet Conference wanted talks at a decision-making level.
He said that a meaningful dialogue process should be started at the leadership level to resolve the Kashmir dispute, Kashmir Media Service reported. The three interlocutors, Radha Kumar, Dileep Padgoankar and MM Ansrari, have called for a round table conference in Srinagar on April 18 and 19.
