No one else has filed nomination papers except by PPP's nominated candidate Dr Asim Hussain for a vacant Senate seat. A top official of provincial Election Commissioner told APP here on Friday that Friday was the last day of filing of nomination. He said that scrutiny of papers would be completed on Saturday (today) by the Commission.
Last date for filing appeals against nominations, if any, against rejection of papers will be April 19, he added. The seat became vacant after resignation of Khattumal.
