‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ director hopes Katrina and Salman get back together

After a lapse of five year, director Ali Abbas Zafar has managed to bring back togther Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif on screen with his movie ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ and much like the couple's fans, the filmmaker has the desire to see the ex-flames get back together.

The Bollywood’s movie maker opened up about his experience with working with the famous duo and spoke about Salman and Katrina’s personal equation. In a recent interview filmmaker Abbas talked about his upcoming movie ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ and especially about his affection for the lead cast of the movie, Salman and Katrina.

The director expressed his desire to see the former couple back together as he felt that the duo shares some extraordinary chemistry on and off screen.

Speaking about Salman’s charismatic personality, Abbas said, “Actually, anyone will fall for bhai [Salman]. The moment he lifts his eyes and looks at you, you are surely going to fall in love with him,”Deccan Chronicles quoted the director.

On Salman and Katrina’s shared equation with one another, Abbas said, “I wish they get [together] back again.” But immediately he corrected himself saying, “Nevermind that, I keep talking rubbish sometimes!”

The ‘Sultan’ director went on praising Salman saying the actor perfectly romances all his co-stars, “Even in ‘Sultan’ he shared a great chemistry with Anushka Sharma. Usually people feel Salman is a great action hero, but actually he is a real romantic hero. He has the quality of the real Indian man. His emotions and romance that he portrays are so true to his persona, there is no cheapness. He portrays romance in a sophisticated manner and not in an obnoxious manner. Thus, his chemistry with all his heroines looks great.”

The movie ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ is slated to hit the silver screens on December 22 of this year and is said to be the biggest movie of the year keeping in mind that the release date of the controversial movie ‘Padmavati’ has been postponed to sometime in next year.
