"National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) is shifting its Keamari office to Karachi Port Trust (KPT), as people urged Nadra to shift the office due to poor law and order situation prevailing in the area." This was stated by Nadra General Manager Brigadier Ehsan-ul-Haq (Retd) in a statement issued here on Saturday.
He said Nadra was receiving frequents requests to change the location of the registration centre from the people living in the nearby areas that they find it difficult to visit the registration centre as law and order situation in the area was not satisfactory.
He said the said Nadra office had been relocated to KPT area to redress people grievances and help increase registration in the area. He said Nadra gave importance to any suggestion given by masses to make the registration process more easy and swift for the citizens and it would leave no stone unturned to register as much Pakistani citizens as it could.-PR
