Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre is organising a monthly lecture on 'Common Errors in Outpatient Management of Diabetes Mellitus" for general medical practitioners on Friday, April 1st 2011.
According to the hospital's spokesman, Dr Syed Abbas Raza, who is certified in the field of endocrinology and Internal Medicine by the "American Board of Internal Medicine" and has been actively, engaged in the academic/research activities and training of medical residents in Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospital will be the presenter. Family practitioners, interns, postgraduate trainees will attend this interactive session, aimed at raising awareness about the pitfalls and common errors in management of diabetes mellitus and how to avoid them as well as to share the latest trends and updates.
