Imran, Mengal concerned over law and order situation in Balochistan

Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan and Balochistan National Party (BNP) Central President Sardar Akhtar Mengal have expressed serious concerns over the deteriorating law and order situation in Balochistan.
In a telephonic conversation, the two leaders termed indiscretion of the federal and Balochistan governments on the issues of target killings and missing persons as dangerous for the country's stability. According to media office of the PTI, Imran Khan exchanged views with Sardar Akhtar Mengal on the country's prevailing political situation.
"Balochistan is going out of hands, while ruling junta are least bothered about seriousness of the situation who are more concern to enjoy perks and privileges of the power," Mengal was quoted as saying while talking to Khan.
Both leaders voiced serous apprehensions over the rising trend of target killings incidents, vowing that if the government did not take any solid and immediate steps for resolution of the issue, the situation might get out of the government control.
Imran Khan was of the view that the present rulers are incompetent and lack the will to resolve the issues of national importance. "The country needs a dynamic leadership to steer the country out of the present crises", he added.
The Baloch leader also praised the bold and principled stand adopted by the PTI chairman on important national issues and extended his full co-operation to him in this regard. The PTI chief also assured Sardar Akthar Mengal that he will leave no stone unturned in restoring peace in the country.
"There was unanimity of views in the conversation of the two leaders on national issues and they resolved to keep in touch for continuation of their efforts to find out resolution of the pressing national issues", said the PTI media office.
