Recovery of families of deceased Faizan, Faheem: Habeas corpus petition filed in LHC

A lawyer Malik Munsif Awan has filed a habeas corpus petition before the Lahore High Court (LHC) seeking court directions for recovery of families of deceased Faizan and Faheem. Awan, who had been advocate of the families, filed the petition saying that families of both deceased were missing since March 15.
He said neither provincial nor federal governments were taking responsibilities about their whereabouts. He therefore prayed to the court to summon the respondents and issue them directions to present the abducted families before the court and set them at liberty.
