The law enforcement agencies arrested two suspected Taliban militants from Islamabad and took them to some undisclosed location for investigation. Responding to information, the law enforcement agencies conducted a search operation in the jurisdiction of Bhara Kahu Police Station of the capital, sources told Business Recorder.
They said that during the operation, law enforcement agencies nabbed two suspects, namely Rehman Zeb and Umar Zeb. Both the suspects are allegedly commanders of Taliban and are hailing from Swat who managed to escape from the area after military operation in Malakand division, they said. They said with the arrest of the two persons, law enforcement agencies would succeed in nabbing some more people hiding in different areas. The suspects have been shifted to an undisclosed location for investigation.
