Benazir Bhutto's murder: Zardari, Babar, Malik blamed for indirect involvement

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N)'s spokesman Siddiqul Farooq on Monday alleged President Asif Ali Zardari, Law Minister Babar Awan and Interior Minister Rehman Malik of indirect involvement in the assassination of former PPP chairperson Benazir Bhutto.
Speaking at a news conference here, Farooq alleged that the PPP was seriously facing leadership crisis after assassination of Benazir Bhutto, saying that President Asif Ali Zardari emerged as 'accidental leader' and has miserably failed in steering the country out of the prevailing crises.
"President Asif Zardari, Babar Awan and Rehman Malik are indirectly involved in the assassination of Benazir Bhutto," he alleged, saying that President Zardari was also facing the blame to have asked Benazir Bhutto on telephone to come out of the vehicle for waving hands to the party's workers before she was assassinated followed by a bomb blast.
Farooq questioned the telephone call by President Asif Zardari and the role of Babar Awan and Rehman Malik in the entire episode of Benazir Bhutto's assassination. He further said that the two persons-Pervez Musharraf and Pervez Elahi that were nominated in her e-mail by the slain PPP chairperson as would-be responsible for her murder, were given guard of honour before he (Musharraf) left the home while Elahi is going to become an ally of the PPP, he added.
He said that the PML-N would not disappoint the nation if the PPP government failed in exposing the real killers of Benazir Bhutto. The PML-N's leader also raised doubts over the will of the Benazir Bhutto, which was made public after the assassination of Benazir Bhutto and alleged Babar Awan as being the author of the will. He also warned the Law Minister for releasing the audio cassette, which he said would be a proof against him of his alleged involvement in corruption of Rs 8 million and a land of 200 canals.
Reacting to the statement of President Zardari that he can also forgive Chaudhry brothers if he can Nawaz Sharif, the PML-N's spokesman asked President Zardari that after pardoning killers of Benazir Bhutto, he should also forgive the federation and stop using the Sindh card further more.
