Indian Coast Guards have arrested seven Pakistani fishermen, and seized their boat near Jhakhau area in the Arabian sea on the west coast of Kutch district, officials said on Sunday. The boat was spotted and intercepted on Saturday evening when the Coast Guard team was patrolling in the Arabian Sea near the Indo-Pak Maritime border.
The boat is named Al-Shakira. It had seven crew-members on board. They are being brought to Okha in Jamnagar, where they would be interrogated by intelligence agencies, Coast Guard officials said.
