A youth shot dead his father over a property dispute at Bhagatpura, Shadbagh, here on Sunday. Police said that Muhammad Sarwar had expelled his son Shahbaz from the house over a property dispute some months ago. On Sunday, Shahbaz allegedly entered the house and opened firing at his father, who died on the spot.
Sarwar's body was removed to morgue for an autopsy. A case has been registered against the accused.
