To celebrate the launch of Omoré ice cream in Karachi, Engro Foods Limited has arranged the Omoré Beach Festival for the first week of March for the citizens of Karachi. Sarfaraz Rehman, CEO, Engro Foods Ltd said.
"This was yet another big step for Engro Foods, having established our cold chain process and bringing Omoré to Karachi all the way from our plant in Sahiwal. This festival has been arranged to celebrate the success of Omoré with Karachi and we hope to bring more outlets for people of Pakistan to enjoy family gatherings through Engro Foods."
The festival began on February 28 and ended March 6 with lots of fun interactive activities for the masses. The festival held at Sea View where attractions such as sand castles, kite flying, juggling acts, stilt men and various other activities were taking place.
Frayan Mama, Brand Manager Omoré, said "The beach festival has been a great success and we have had a lot of people come and appreciate our efforts. The entire team was overwhelmed by the support Karachi has given Omoré." The beach festival aims to give Karachi the feel of being present as a big part of people's everyday lives.
