Angered by Sindh Home Minister's announcement that People's Aman Commite is a sister organisation of PPP, Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has announced on Monday that the party has decided to say goodbye to the coalition government with Pakistan People's Party (PPP), a private TV channel reported.
Talking to journalists, member MQM Co-ordination Committee Raza Haroon along with MQM leaders Faisal Sabzwari and Haidar Abbas Rizvi said that Zulfiqar Mirza was patronising the criminals belonging to People's Aman Committee. The decision to part ways with PPP was taken after a lengthy meeting of party's top decision-making body. Raza Haroon said the party would meet the President Asif Ali Zardari on Tuesday in Islamabad and formally conveyed the decision of Co-ordination committee, the channel added.
