Google usually releases its new updates on all platforms together. However, this time around, Android would be the first to get the update before Mac, Windows, and Linux.

Google announced the release of its all new Chrome 63 for Android, but the version has not yet been made available for download in the Google Play Store. “Good news everyone! Chrome 63 (63.0.3239.83) for Android has been released and will be available on Google Play over the course of the next few weeks,” wrote Google.

Chrome 63 has been introduced with a number of features, including major design improvements, stability advancements, changing push notification appearance, and redesigning of flag pages. The new version also includes a prominent search feature, tabs to separate available/unavailable options, and larger touch targets.

Chrome 63 also contains Device Memory JavaScript API that helps sites to decide the total RAM on user’s device for an optimized experience of browsing via smartphone. Also, there will be a new introductory prompt for Chrome Home. However, there is no mention of HDR video support that was previously rumored to be present in the new update.

“This release improves autocompletion in the address bar, making it even easier to get to your favorite websites. We’ve also included stability and performance improvements,” Google stated.

Google declared that the update to Chrome 63 for the Android devices will come out in upcoming weeks and that the new browser will come out in stages, initially being available to use for small group of people, wrote Phone Arena.
