'India-Pakistan differences have affected SAARC'

Ahead of eight-nation South Asian Association for Regional Co-operation (SAARC) summit, Maldives will host later this year, President, Mohamed Nasheed has said India-Pakistan differences have affected potential of the regional grouping and hoped that two countries could resolve issues amicably.
"India-Pakistan differences have made it difficult for SAARC to kick-start. We hope that they will be able to resolve their differences amicably,' Nasheed, told reporters.
