Transfer order of Ghazanfar: IHC suspends order of Justice Anwar

Islamabad High Court (IHC) has suspended the order of Justice M Anwar Kansi's regarding cancellation of transfer order of Bank's officer Ghazanfar Ali to Kharan Branch, says a press received here on Thursday. Ghazanfar Ali Bank's AVP has challenged his transfer order to Kharan by ZTBL and pleaded for setting it aside in the court of Justice M Anwar Kansi.
The Zarai Traqiati Bank Ltd lodged an intracourt appeal through advocate Chaudhry Imtiaz Ahmed against the said decision.-PR
