Pakistan Muslim League-Q leader, Chaudhry Moonis Elahi on Thursday said he was implicated in the NICL case due to political opposition and he would prove his innocence in the court. "We have faith in judiciary and we will prove our innocence in the NICL case in the court," he said while addressing his party workers at the Lahore Airport.
Moonis, who is facing charges of minting money in NICL case, has returned home after one month. The PML-Q leader said that his party respects judiciary. "We are not afraid of fake cases and would face them boldly," he said. Moonis also said the legislators who formed Unification Group would have to face accountability at the hands of their voters.
