A few changes were seen on the wholesales grain and seed market on Thursday due to balanced demand and supply, dealers said. On the cereals side, guwar Sindh was down by Rs 250 to Rs 3900-4000 and guwar Punjab shed the same amount at Rs 3850-3950, other items maintained last levels in process of trading, they said.
On the seed side, cottonseeds oilcake with bag Sindh low quality retained its level at Rs 1225 while the better type inched up with a gain of Rs five to Rs 1270, they said. On the rice sector Irri-6 Sindh low type was up by Rs 50 to Rs 3250 and good type followed the same pattern, rising by Rs 25 to Rs 3300, other types retained last levels in process of trading, they said.
