Pakistan Poultry Association (PPA) is holding its annual "National Poultry & Food Expo-2011" on September 16 & 17, 2011 at Expo Centre, which include an exhibition, conference and variety of other programmes to create awareness amongst the masses about importance of poultry sector.
According to a press release issued here on Tuesday, the event would be participated by entrepreneurs from all spheres of poultry Industry or having indirect contact with poultry sector. These include companies related to Dairy sector, Food Chains, Fisheries, Banks, Tele communication companies, Hotels and Fast Food Chains. In addition a place for food court, having a variety of dishes, will also be established to serve the visitors.
To provide a funfair like activity for the citizens of Lahore and school going children, a collection of beautiful and colourful Birds would be there in a place earmarked for Bird Show along with other recreational facilities. A cooking competition amongst the ladies and college going girls would also be arranged for cooking variety of Chicken & Eggs dishes. Chefs of five star hotels would be invited to evaluate first three positions.-PR
