Two killed in separate incidents

At least two persons were killed and two other including a minor boy were injured in separate incidents in various parts of the metropolis here on Monday. According to details, a man was shot dead while his wife and his minor son were injured by unknown assailants near Nerang Cinema in the limits of Super Market police station.
Police said that four unknown armed attackers targeted the victim Imran Hussain, 32 alias Bukram son of Khalid Hussain and his family when he was on the way to home in his car (H-1882) after attending the marriage ceremony of his sister. Resultantly Imran Hussain died on the spot while his wife Nausheen and his five years old son Aneeq sustained bullets wounds.
They said the culprits managed to flee from the scene after committing this heinous crime. The deceased and his family were shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) for medico legal formalities and for medical treatment, respectively. They said the victim, who was running rent a care, was the resident of Sarjani Town.
They further said the victim, who was the father of two children, had two marriages and added that his in laws might be involved in his murder. No case was registered till filing of this report. In another incident, a man was crushed to death near Malir Bridge in the limits of Shah Latif police station.
Police said the identity of victim, who was crushed to death by speedy vehicle while crossing the road, was identified as Dilbar Chandio. Police shifted his body to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for post-mortem and later moved his body to Mortuary. No case was registered till filing the report.
