NICL Case: petition filed to seize the assets of involved persons

FIA filed a petition to seize the assets of four main accused in National Insurance Corporation Limited (NICL) fraud case, a private TV channel reported Monday. According to the channel, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has started the process of seizing the property of absconders Ameen Qasim DA Mohsin Waraich, Javed Syed and Rana Muhammad Ali.
The list of the assets of the accused has been presented before the court of Special Central Judge Lahore and process has been started to auction the Bungalows, agricultural land and vehicles, the channel added.
