Citrus Research Institute (CRI), Sargodha arranged a seminar and exhibition to create awareness about different citrus varieties, latest production technology and problems being faced by the citrus fruits producers and their solution. Seminar was participated by the representatives of the kinnow growers' association, owners of citrus processing industry and a large number of growers.
Commissioner Sargodha Jawwad Rafiq Malik inaugurated the exhibition, says a spokesman of the Agriculture Information here on Friday. Speaking on this occasion, Director Citrus Research Institute Dr Altaf introduced the new technology of citrus production to the participants. He threw light on new research and new inventions in this sector.
