Swiss franc rises versus dollar

The Swiss franc tracked the euro up against the dollar on Tuesday, with political upheaval in Egypt keeping Brent crude above $100 and the eurozone's inflation outlook raising expectations of an rate hike there. The Swiss franc, meanwhile, has been supported by upbeat news on the Swiss economy and confident comments from the Swiss National Bank, a well as worries about unrest in Egypt.
The franc was little moved against the euro compared to the New York close, trading at 1.2933 per euro at 0723 GMT. The franc rose 0.4 percent against the dollar to 0.9408.
