Famous poet and Naatkhawan Muzaffar Warsi, who died on Friday evening after a protracted illness, was laid to rest at the Joher Town graveyard here on Saturday. A large number of people belonging to all walks of life attended his funeral prayers. He published 20 books and wrote songs for 32 Urdu movies. He was a recipient of the President's Pride of Performance award.
