A delegation of PML(Q) led by Chaudhry Shujaat held a meeting with Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah on Sunday at the CM House. According to a statement of CM House here, Chaudhry Shujaat discussed the political situation and particularly, the law and order, with the Chief Minister.
The Chief Minister informed the delegates that the overall law and order situation in the province was under control and added that the MQM and ANP have been taken into confidence to eliminate the cases of target killings.
He informed the delegates that the Rangers did conduct an operation in a particular area to arrest some suspects while no large scale was carried out by the Rangers.
The PML(Q) delegates included Mushahid Hussain Sayed, MNA Ghous Buksh Mehar, Senator Semi Siddiqui, Haleem Adil Shaikh, Sardar Iqbal, Khan Bhadur Sharif and Shaikh Iqbal while Senior provincial minister Pir Mazharul Haq, Advisor Abu Bhai were also present on the occasion.
