The Institute of Bankers Pakistan, in collaboration with Pakistan Remittance Initiative (PRI)--a joint initiative of State Bank of Pakistan, Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Ministry of Finance--organised a two-day workshop on 'Payment Systems for Home Remittance Business recently.
Personnel from various banks were present, particularly senior- and middle-tier bank officials responsible for Home Remittance Cells, IT, Retail Banking and Branch Banking Operations.
Six banks nominated their top performing officers for providing exemplary remittance services and attaining maximum customer satisfaction. These individuals were given Certificates of Performance by SBP Deputy Governor Kamran Shehzad.-PR
