Japan Intern-ational Co-operation Agency (JICA) under its Training Programme for Young Leaders has sent a total number of 26 participants who have left for Japan for 18 days training on Monday. The Training Programme is initiated by the JICA under its Technical Co-operation Scheme for Pakistan.
This year, a total number of 16 young trainee participants from vocational education and 10 trainees from health sector in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Federally Administered Tribal Areas (Fata), Balochistan, Punjab, Sindh, Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan are participating in the programme.
The Programme has been designed essentially for vocational education teachers and administrative staff in public vocational education and health system of the Government of Pakistan aimed at enhancing their capabilities in vocational education fields. -PR
