Equities moved both ways at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where investors adopted a cautious approach under the lead of hot favourite amid increase in index. ISE Ten Index showed an improvement of 48.36 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 3,055.54 to 3,103.90 points. The overall turnover amounted to 234,812 shares as compared to previous volume of 244,900 shares.
Total 155 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (98) closed in positive territory, 57 closed in negative territory, whereas zero company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of Fauji Fertiliser Bin Qasim was 51,000 shares. The volume of D G Khan Cement was 45,000 shares. The turnover of Attock Refinery was 38,770 shares.
