Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Punjab observed 83rd birth anniversary of the founder Chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and the former Prime Minister of Pakistan Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto on Wednesday with simplicity due to Governor Punjab Salman Taseer's demise.
Quran Khwani held at different places throughout Punjab followed by collective prayer for the departed souls of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, Benazir Bhutto and Governor Punjab Salman Taseer. Free food was also distributed among the participants and needy and poors. The divisional and district leaders and workers offered fateha for Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, Benazir Bhutto and Governor Punjab Salman Taseer.
