The Judge of the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC)-1, Ismail Baloch, on Friday ordered to transfer case against Jamhoori Watan Party provincial president Nawabzada Shahzain Bugti to Sessions Court Quetta. The judge of the ATC observed that case against Jamhoori Watan Party provincial president Shahzain Bugti for allegedly keeping illegal weapons and ammunition did not come under jurisdiction of the ATC, adding, therefore, it is transferred to the Sessions Court.
