Educational reforms to be introduced across AJK

Published Updated

The AJK government was going to ink an integrated and broad-based phased plan for the promotion of quality education harmonious to the need of the modern age in the liberated territory, official sources said. Talking to newsmen here on Tuesday, the sources said the plan involved induction of required highly-educated academic staff in the state-run institutions including colleges across AJK where teaching staff would be required.
The sources said shortfall of the academic staff in such institutions would be met on priority basis aimed at ensuring the dispensation of quality education instead of raising the number of institutions. The AJK government has already directed heads and teaching staff members of the public sector schools and colleges to perform their duties with missionary zeal.
