The franc was 0.3 percent higher against the euro compared to the New York close, trading at 1.2721 per euro, after earlier touching a record high of 1.2717 first hit on Friday, according to Reuters data.
The Swiss franc was likely to continue gaining against the euro as fears surrounding the eurozone continue, she said. The franc was 0.2 percent lower against the dollar at 0.9674 per dollar.
