Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani Monday appointed Muhammad Mumtaz Akhtar Kahloon Chairman of the National Vocational and Technical Education Commission (Navtec) for a period of two years on honorary basis.
Mumtaz Kahloon, a graduate from University of Punjab, has vast experience in formulation of policies relating to human resource development, developing productive workforce with quality training geared to market demands, as well as, facilitation for overseas employment for skilled workers in different technical fields.
