JCR-VIS reaffirms IFS rating of Century Insurance Company

KARACHI: JCR-VIS Credit Rating Company Limited has reaffirmed the Insurer Financial Strength (IFS) rating of Century Insurance Company Limited (CICL) at single A plus.

The outlook on the assigned rating is stable, said press release on Wednesday.

Previous rating action was announced on August 23,2016.  The assigned ratings incorporate robust profile of sponsors which have presence in diverse sectors, improvement in the under-writing performance, adequate reinsurance arrangements and healthy capitalization indicators of CICI.
