MQM observes ‘Pakistan Solidarity and Stability Day’

MQM chief Altaf Hussain strongly condemned the attack and termed it an aggression on the national sovereignty and security, said a statement issued by the party here on Monday.

Altaf endorsed the decision of his party's Rabita Committee to observe November 28 as "Solidarity and Stability Day."

Altaf Hussain had also directed to take down party flags from houses, buildings and other public places and raise the national flag instead in order to weld the nation into a strong bond of unity for defending the honour and sovereignty of the country.

Programmes were held throughout the country at MQM offices, and national flag was raised with profound fervour.

The main programme of the day was organised at the party's headquarters at Azizabad here which was attended by a large number of its workers and sympathisers.
