LSE slice down by 1.92 points

The market's overall situation also did not correspond to an upward trend as it remained at 1.188 million shares to close against previous turnover of 1.303 million shares, showing a downward slide of 114,834 shares. While, out of the total 98 active scraps 13 moved up, 63 remained equal and 22 shed values.

Lucky Cement Limited, Fauji Fertilizer Company and Poineer Cement Limited were Major Gainer of the day by recording increase in their per share value by Rs 1.05, Re. 0.78 and Re 0.38 respectively.

Attock Refinery Limited, Pakistan State Oil Company Limited and Nishat Mills Limited lost their per share value by Rs 1.44, Rs 1.42 and Re 0.85 respectively.

The Volume Leader of the day included Wateen Telecom Limited with 129,605 shares, NIB Bank Limited with 126,878 shares and Silk Bank Limited (Saudi) with 118,897 shares.
