Croatia prices 15-year $460mn domestic kuna bond

Published Updated

The bond, the second domestic bond Croatia has issued this year, matures on July 7, 2032 and has a semi-annual coupon with an interest rate of 3.25 percent.

Although denominated in the national kuna currency, the bond is indexed to the kuna's exchange rate to the euro. It has been arranged by four major local banks.

Croatia refinanced a local bond in February and issued an international bond in March.

The country also has to refinance a local bond worth 4 billion kuna that matures in November.
